Rob Nicholson:
Fraternity:
Confident start. Great dynamic change into the first section. Just be careful not to overblow. C could be smoother by slurring notes but I still notice the change of style.
Highland Cathedral:
Opening soloists sounds blend so well. Bravo! Really work hard on keeping the pp throughout. Excellent work percussion. Rock solid! Keep the balance true throughout. I appreciate what a good job
the middle of the band are doing but sometimes you don't have to blow your brains out on long notes.
It Must Be Love:
Solid opening. Well done. Can take more of the melody from B. HORNS - CONGRATULATIONS ON PLAYING A TRUE TRIPLET! GREAT
Eventide:
Lovely warm sounds. Keep sustained throughout. LOVE IT BASSES. GREAT SOUNDS.
Prelude, Song and Dance:
If this was a closed adjudication I would mistake you for a 3rd section band, not a training band. This piece suits you so well! Can't fault any of it.
Overall - much improved from last year. Try to keep consistent on dynamics. Don't overblow on louder dynamics. A very impressive outfit. Thank you.
